Software Troubleshooting

I  offer  on-site  Mac software troubleshooting. My goal is to provide non-destructive solutions where possible  (re-installing  the  system  would only be done as a last resort!).

My  minimum  charge is €35 for  the  first  hour, and €25  per  additional  hour. Prices include  VAT.

Services offered include but not limited to:

    •    Retrieval of data from damaged storage

    •    Email configuration & troubleshooting

    •    Upgrade advice

    •    Software purchasing advice and sales

    •    Help with switching from PC to Mac

    •    Data transfer from PC to Mac

    •    Wireless networking & troubleshooting

    •    iPad and iPhone support including moving

         from Android to IOS          

I also  offer Hard Disk and RAM upgrades, as well as helping a new Mac User to shift their data from their old PC or Mac to a new Mac.

Kindly note that I do not repair damaged screens on  MacBooks, iPads and iPhones.
